We're so excited to start blogging about our small business venture, Last Summer Treasures!
For those who don't know us, our names are Kristen & Sheri. We are life long friends who, after spending hours upon hours making jewelry and hand-stamped cards together, decided to take our hobby to the next level and Last Summer Treasures was born in March of 2012. After a few months of selling in our online Etsy shop, we jumped into showing our designs at local craft shows. Unhappy with the selections in stores, we began making our own jewelry displays using locally grown bamboo. This opened a whole new door for us, and soon after we were selling the displays to other jewelry artisans! It has been a fun, creative, sometimes challenging adventure thus far, and we hope to continue on for many years to come!
Our intentions for this blog are not just to showcase our products, but also to share our tips for woodworking, painting, jewelry making, card stamping and much, much more!
